MOVA Riders - About survey - Please read carefully

Dear MOVA Family,

We are about to send the survey :) But first you should carefully read this update to be sure to understand what we are talking about ! From today to Monday, expect an email. What should you look for? An email from MOVA with the subject line "Response Needed -- Get your reward for MOVA Cycling Jacket, world’s best cycling jacket" In that email is a link to fill out your Kickstarter fulfillment survey. In this survey, you will tell us the following:

• The Waterproof Zippers add-on (go for it! It’s such a cool stuff)  
• Your shipping address & your phone number - it’s a requirement for shipping. 
• The colors/sizes of the products included in your reward level. 
• A little bit about yourself, so that we can better understand what kind of stuff we should think about making next (your responses here are exceptionally helpful to us, but you can also opt out). 
• What additional items you'd like to purchase (at a discount) and have shipped with your KS reward. This is your last chance to get additional products at special prices. Any additional item you add will be shipped with the rest of your reward, scheduled to leave our Studio in September timeframe. 

SIZING HELP!

We always try to make your MOVA experience better. And one of the problem you have when thinking about your jacket is the size! And we know that no worries :) We want you to pick up the size that will meet your expectations. If any suggestions, let me know about any ideas you have in order to improve that experience. Here is what we have for you right now! What more? Let us know!

HOW DOES THE ADD-ON THING WORK?

In a previous update, we asked you if you were interested in paying a little extra (9 USD) to upgrade the zippers from normal to YKK waterproof zippers. And you liked the idea! Since we did not include this cost within our initial plans, we decided to ask you if you were interested in paying a little extra to get these. And over 500 people said yes! This was a fantastic moment of us :)

PS. the 9 USD represents the cost of the zippers. We are not making extra money there.

Apart from the waterproof zippers, you can add on whatever products you want to your reward. And you can pay these add-on products via credit card.

CAN I BUY MORE PRODUCTS AT SPECIAL PRICE?

Yes, and this survey is your last chance to do it. You are saving money on the product but also on the shipping! Think of someone you love and that you would love to share a bicycle ride and get him or her one of our products! Or maybe for yourself!

Fans of MOVA usually always have 2 jackets in order to always have a clean and tidy jacket ;)

When you finish your survey questions you'll be presented with a screen that looks like a web store, and it includes every product MOVA makes: the jacket, the sweater and the jersey at special price. Here you can add whatever products you want to your reward.

WHAT IS BACKERKIT?

BackerKit is a 3rd party service that helps project creators like us make our backers happy by sending out easy-to-use surveys and giving them another chance to take advantage of our Kickstarter discount. So, please don't be alarmed by the backerkit.com URL or the BackerKit logo at the top of the survey...you're in very trusted hands. ;)

WHY ARE YOU ASKING SO MUCH THINGS?

We're an entirely crowdfunded company, so we have no investors in the legal sense. The closest thing we have is you, our Kickstarter backers, who help us bring new products to life and shape the future direction of our company. Simply put, we want to know what makes you tick, so we can continue to design great products that solve your needs. We will have a very careful look at your answers. And this will help us to get more people on bicycles :)

We also pour tons of effort into these Kickstarter campaigns...not just in the design and development of our new products, but also in reaching new people who we think would get inspire by what we do. We want to get a sense for what efforts paid off and where we can improve moving forward.
