is there discounts for international orders?

Yes, buy 2 products or more and a -10% discount will be automatically applied at check out on your entire order

I am from colombia, do you have special prices for me?

Yes, since 100% of our apparel is produced in Colombia, we provide special prices to locals. If you live in Colombia, please apply the "buenapapa" to get 37% off the international price.

do you have a store i can visit?

Yes, we have a local store in Bogota, Colombia. The address is Cra. 27a bis # 61c - 06

THE PRODUCT I NEED IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To get notified when the product you need is back in stock, go to the product page and select your size and color (although it appears unavailable). Then, you will be able to write your email in the "please notify me" zone.

When we have your product we will send you an email.

WHEN THE WATERPROOF PANTS WILL BE OUT?

We are launching on Kickstarter a waterproof pants on September the 1st on. Kickstarter is the crowdfunding platform we use to launch new idea.

To receive an Early Bird discount and be the first to get your wanterproof pants you can create your account and follow us!

SHIPPING

what taxes will i be charged?

0$. No extra charges should be expected.

We take care of the taxes and do the paper work for you so you do not have to pay additional taxes when receiving your package.

how much is shipping?

Shipping is free. Yeah!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within 20 days business.

Once you ordered, you will receive a tracking number directly in your email.

Once shipped it takes at most 6 days for your package to be delivered

RETURN, EXCHANGE, REPAIR

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER ONE IF IT DOESN'T FIT?

Yes, of course.

To begin processing a change please get in touch with us at: family@movacycling.com. We would need this info:

  1. Email you used to buy
  2. Order Number
  3. Reason of the change and which other product would you like (other size / color / …)

Once approved follow the instructions provided to ensure the proper delivery.

Note: Please do not ship any product without the proper return labels. Failure to do so may result in a delay/forfeiture of your change.
Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process your change once we receive the items back.

Who pays the shipping costs for the exchange?

You will need to pay the return but we'll send you the new product for free.

can you repair my product?

We do repair your our apparel with no time limit if it's a zipper that broke or any minor issue with your jacket.

If you are outside Colombia, we will send you the element that broke down (zipper, clip, button...) and you will be in charge to repair it in your local shop.
